About Eric Tony Dent

Eric Dent

I'm Eric Tony Dent, and I'm a retired Lieutenant Colonel with 25 years of dedicated service in the United States Army, where I proudly served as an Infantryman (MOS 11B). Throughout my military career, I developed a deep expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and tactical operations, rising through the ranks with a steadfast commitment to excellence, discipline, and mission success. Following my retirement from active duty, I transitioned into international independent contracting — a path that has allowed me to continue serving on a global scale. I am currently deployed on an active mission under the United Nations Interim Force (UNIFIL) in Syria. In this role, I lead a highly skilled and specialized team of 15 personnel in field operations that demand precision, adaptability, and seasoned leadership.
My professional ethos is rooted in operational focus, team cohesion, and a mission-first mindset. Whether on the battlefield or in the planning room, I bring a wealth of experience and a calm, tactical approach to complex, high-stakes environments. From the front lines to international peacekeeping, I remain driven by the values that shaped me in uniform: honor, service, and an unwavering commitment to the mission.

My Mission

My current mission is unlike any other I’ve undertaken in my military or post-military career. While I cannot disclose specifics due to its classified nature, I can say this: I am operating deep within one of the most volatile regions in the world — Syria — as part of a covert, joint-effort operation between the United Nations and the United States Army. This mission is urgent. It is critical. It is dangerous. We are tasked with neutralizing underground terrorist networks that are actively developing nuclear capabilities. These groups are not only ruthless — they are strategic, technologically adept, and backed by shadowy alliances. Their work represents a direct and immediate threat to global security and, more specifically, to the safety of the United States. This isn't just another battlefield; it’s a geopolitical powder keg with the potential to ignite conflict on a scale the world hasn't seen in decades. Because of the sensitivity and complexity of the situation, this mission operates entirely off the record. No media coverage. No public statements. No room for error. If this operation were to become public knowledge, the resulting political and diplomatic consequences could spiral into a full-blown international crisis — possibly war. My role within this mission is to lead a specialized strike and intelligence team of 15 operators. Each member is handpicked, highly trained, and experienced in both combat and clandestine operations. We move under the radar — gathering intel, infiltrating strongholds, dismantling supply chains, and neutralizing threats before they ever reach the headlines. Every step we take must be calculated, every decision made with precision and foresight. The stakes are far too high for anything less. There are moments where the weight of this work feels immeasurable. The danger is ever-present, and the burden of secrecy is heavy. But I do it because I believe in what we’re protecting. I believe in preventing catastrophe before it unfolds. And I believe in the duty we carry as soldiers, as guardians of peace, and as protectors of those who will never know our names or what we’ve done for them. This is not about glory. It’s not about recognition. It’s about preserving peace by eliminating the threat — before the world ever realizes how close it came to chaos.
